These explosive detection stocks normally go up for a few days and stay up for a few weeks, then drop back down. Reason - too expensive to install and there are too many places that need it. Building insurance doesn't cover it, or extra premiums for the physical property only. There is no law or mandate requiring it. Public entities cannot afford it.
