RECENT 30 DAY CHART SHOWING THE FOLLOWING:

Top 2/3 of the chart: Bollinger Bands: Bollinger Bands are a type of envelope (or trading band) plotted at
standard deviation levels above and below a moving average. Because standard deviation measures
volatility, the bands widen during volatile markets and contract during calmer periods. Sharp price changes
tend to occur after the bands tighten, after volatility lessens. When prices move outside the bands, a
continuation of the current trend is implied. Bottoms and tops made outside the bands followed by bottoms
and tops made inside the bands call for reversals in the trend. A move that originates at one band tends to
go all the way to the other band. This observation is useful when projecting price targets.

Lower 1/3 of the chart: The stochastic indicator attempts to determine when prices start to cluster around
their low of the day for an uptrending market, and when the tend to cluster around their high in a
downtrending market. Lane's theory is these are the conditions which indicate a trend reversal is beginning
to occur. The stochastic indicator is plotted as two lines. They are the %D line and the %K line. The
stochastic is plotted on a chart with values ranging from 0 to 100. Readings above 80 are strong and
indicate that price is closing near its high. Readings below 20 are strong and indicate that price is closing
near its low.

Greetings everyone. I am offering only two charts with two indicators each that I believe talk about a reversal or recovery on FNTN as of last Friday and the future trend for the stock.

I personally feel that FNTN will be in an up-trend and I offer the following to support my hypothesis based
on no adverse market conditions coming into play in the near term.

The first chart offers to indicators with the first one being: (Top 2/3 of the Chart)

bigcharts.com

BOLLINGER BANDS according to Mr. Bollinger notes the following characteristics of Bollinger Bands: Sharp price changes tend to occur after the bands tighten, after volatility lessens. When prices move outside the bands, a continuation of the current trend is implied. Bottoms and tops made outside the bands followed by bottoms and tops made inside the bands call for reversals in the trend. A move that originates at one band tends to go all the way to the other band. This observation is useful when projecting price targets.

As you look at it you will notice the following:

BOLLINGER BAND OBSERVATIONS:

1. The Bollinger Bands were very wide for about one month.
2. On Aug. 11 they started to narrow and then on Aug. 19 they became very tight.
3. Then on Aug. 20 and for the first time ever FNTN closed below the bottom band line.
4. But on Aug. 21 it continue its downward movement but recovered that day to close above the bottom Bollinger Band line.

BOLLINGER BAND ANALYSIS:

1. Sharp price changes tend to occur after the bands tighten, after volatility lessens.
2. The price moved outside the bottom band on Aug. 20 and returned to above the bottom band on Aug. 21.
3. With a bottom being made on Aug. 20 at the bottom it now appears that a reversal should take place.
4. With this move originating at the bottom it should tend to go all the way to the other end of the band or somewhere are $2.00

THE STOCHASTIC OSCILLATOR (BOTTOM 1/3 OF THE CHART)
The stochastic indicator attempts to determine when prices start to cluster around their low of the day for an uptrending market, and when the tend to cluster around their high in a downtrending market. Lane's theory is these are the conditions which indicate a trend reversal is beginning to occur. Ordinarily, the %K line will change direction before the %D line. However, when the %D line changes direction prior to the %K line, a slow and steady reversal is usually indicated.

STOCKASTIC OSCILLATOR OBSERVATIONS:

1. On Aug. 17 the %K line moved below the %D line at about 18.
2. On Aug. 20 the %K line crossed above the %D line at about 18.

STOCKASTIC OSCILLATOR ANALYSIS:

1. The %K line continues to move upward and is currently at about 51.
2. The %D line has moved from flat to a upward movement and is at about 24.
3. It appears that a reversal has taken place which will continue.

RELATIVE STRENGTH INDEX (RSI) (BOTTOM 1/3 OF THE CHART) is a momentum indicator which measures an equity's price relative to itself and its past performance. The RSI indicates a security's internal strength. RSI quantifies price momentum. It depends solely on the changes in closing prices. RSI is less affected by sharp rises or drops in a security's price performance. It gives a better velocity reading than other indicators. RSI equals the average of the closes of the up bars divided by the average of the closes of the down bars. The time frame specified determines the volatility of the indicator. For instance, a 9 day time period under study will be more volatile than a 21 day time span. The RSI ranges between 0 and 100. RSI is said to indicate an "overbought" condition when it is above 80 and an "oversold" condition when it is below 20. However, the buy and sell level varies depending on the amount of bars used in the calculation. A shorter span of bars will result in a more volatile indicator which reaches further extremes. A longer amount of bars used in the calculation results in a less volatile reading which reaches extremes far less often.

bigcharts.com

RELATIVE STRENGTH INDEX OBSERVATIONS:

1. That the RSI is at about 49.
2. That the RSI has returned to an upward movement.

RELATIVE STRENGTH INDEX ANALYSIS:

1. That the RSI is now in a strong area of around 49.
2. That FNTN stock is not in an "oversold" condition.
3. The RSI is in recovery and will continue to do so.

Please remember these are only my opinions and observations and others may differ with how I look at the charts and interpret them. Everyone must always do their own DD, research and analyze data for themselves.

Best regards,

Bill Fortune III

LURKERS' CORNER AND EST. SI CONTROLLED FNTN
SHARE COUNT: 8,799,095 (BASED on reported holdings only)
(reported and added 48,500 and 0 were traded
Today- Sunday)

LURKERS' CORNER allows SI members and NON-SI members
to participate in
the FNTN discussions. They are also encouraged,
in complete confidence to have their share holdings added to the
total so that we know how much influence the SI threads have on
the stock. As of
today, the share count is shown above (dont rely on it please),
after
making the
adjustments reported below. This column is printed once daily
(whenever
possible) and is for FNTN only.

If you dont have access to SI please feel free to write to Harry at
the e-mail
address pal@pacbell.net and I will try to post your message here
within 24 hours
so that others can provide you any needed answers.(You can also
request
FNTN_MAIL the unofficial newsletter for FNTN)
TO ACTIVE MEMBERS: Please respond to LURKERS'
CORNER (this
message) when you see questions here.

--------------------adding 46,500 (as I always say for every seller
there have been buyers who have not reported, IMO - Harry)

Hi Harry,

Thanks for all your efforts in tabulating the FNTN sharecount,
it's one of the big reasons I keep building my FNTN position.

Added 16.5 K shares today bringing my total to 46.5 K shares.
(haven't reported my shares previously).

Thanks Again,

-------------------adding 2,000

Harry . I added 2000 more @ 1.01 .Feel real good about a 30%
gain but will
hold out for more.

-------------------From a regular Lurker

This is the fourth time I bought into the fear and the fourth time it
has
worked out, at least so far! I have often commented on the number
of posts on
this board and they're proportional to the stock price, watch them
increase in
the next two weeks! I was trying to get some info. the last couple
of days and
SI wasn't the place to find it, lots of cheers and excitement but
little DD.
Those of you that read the letter I sent out know that Empire
Financial (the
co. that will help IDB market their pagers ) has been advertising
their
services on CNBC. Think of the magnitude of this one marketing
ploy alone,
this could make IDB worth more than a dollar a share let alone
what FNTN is
worth! And I just have a feeling that FNTN and IDB will not stop
at Empire
but will offer their services to many brokerages..( HEHEHE,
guess who sells
FNTN'stockk?) Don't forget IDB is only one facet of FNTN, one
of several
products. Now, with several brokerages aware of this emerging
co. and their
fine products, how far do you think 18 million shares is going to
go? What
happens when there are 5 buyers to every seller? Don't forget
there are some
people with huge holdings in this stock, so there are not a lot of
potential
sellers anyway once the stock has some perceived value! (say 5
dollars) As
always, JMHO, do your own DD!

---REALITY CHECK--- !!!!!BUSINESS 101!!!!!!! Greetings again everyone, I felt compelled to also re-post this to the SI Thread from the Raging Bull Thread with permission from Z.

I have no intention of either getting into any online "personality" fights or starting any. I have mostly lurked the SI and now Raging Bull sites hoping to glean useful information to help base investment decisions. With the current dialog, it is getting harder. Therefore I would like to put my $.02 worth in and maybe stimulate some sane interaction.

I am not a long term investor but have 25+ years in the finance business and base my decisions on that experience. We all base our decisions on the experiences that we have had to-date. Since each of us have a different set of experience, then none of us will always agree on anything. The following is just my opinion based on my experience.

Stock Dilution
A company charter establishes the # of shares that the management anticipates that it will need to accomplish a business plan. They start out by issuing enough to accomplish a goal or phase with the expectation that the value added will increase the stock price making the raising of capital in the future easier. Best laid plans of mice and men. Some times they are right, sometimes they are not. But, financing must continue. Therefore, additional stock is sold to continue growth and hopefully overall increase in value of said company until such time they can raise needed capital from more traditional sources.

What would you think if you went to the bank to borrow the money to build a new house that you anticipated would cost $100,000. You get the house half done and the bank says that they are now only going to allow you the $50,000 you have already drawn but they expect you to pay them the interest on the full $100,000, complete the house on your own to the original specs and you cannot borrow any money from anyone else? What is the chance of this house being completed and livable?

If we trust the management and believe in the potential of the product that is being produced, why should we deny or question a management decision to raise needed capital? If you do not have that trust and belief, then why are you here?

This is assuming the good intentions of the involved management. Yes, there are those that go public with the sole purpose of selling stock to line their own pockets. This is where investor research must come in. After research, do you believe in management? If not, move on to the next one.

And yes, there is always that chance that it is a scam. Such is life in every thing we do. That is what continued research is all about.

Other opinions that I may expand on at a later date, time permitting and anyone wants to hear it.
