I think the key to ross future is their ability to continue to grow their var in various segments. they have targeted steel, chemical, pharmaceutical, dairy, health care etc. As they add to their affiliations its lends more credability and opens up new market opportunities to sell into. the fact that they met estimates despite asia and that they have consistently announced new deals does not suggest hype but a company that is trying to reestablish credability with the street. seems to me that they have gotten their financial house in order.

Time will tell but i expect we will see some major new market initiatives. it is clear that the new s/w package is highly regarded given new and expanded agreements of existing contracts. lam looking with interest to see the volume again this week as firms that will initiate coverage buy for their own accounts. anyone know who and how many brokerage firms were listening in on cc?
