I figure these guys are locked up all weekend rerunning numbers. They must be going crazy looking at alternatives again to come up with various fair value offers based on new assumptions.. Once the ceo's again agree they will have to take it back to their boards.

I wonder if its possible they come up with approx. the same offer. <g>

I think the deal gets re-worked to somewhere between .5 and .66 shr. The CSCO offer's irrelevant now (if it was CSCO) because there's new information on the table that presumably both parties would now take into account.

IBEXX, smarmy posts don't cut it. The merger is delayed, possibly off, but not certainly. Please do report facts as facts and opinions as such. FWIW I have no poistion in CIEN now or ever. Own TLAB and think this is for the better.
