I am still using TC2000 V3.0. I looked into V4.0 but decided to stay with V3.0 because V4.0 was expensive and did not allow user to
define custom scans! Worden Brothers is adding more capabilities to
V4 and will lower the prices in Sept. In two more months the V4.xx
may be a good choice.

OmniTrader 3.5 has built-in profiles for divergence and trend lines. It worked well sometimes.

TC2000 gave a buy signal on FSVLX. The signal was not based on MA.
