Ravi-

I have just re-read through the first five hundred posts on this thread....

Only four out of five hundred have any dd or critical questions...

These four are:

Message 4771135
Message 4772959
Message 4773833
Message 4775201

As a source of DD, this thread really sucks BIG TIME.

I'm going to continue to read through the next 400 or so posts. I don't anticipate being enlightened.

The first move in this stock was classic P&D. I say this without saying anything negative or positive about the company. The thread's content is a sure indicator of a stock being pumped.

Discussions almost exclusively about the float, the trading practices of individuals and groups, the moment by moment price, beating the mm's are all subterfuge. Those who kept saying hold, buy, this is going to 4 were all probably selling. Selling their shares to the suckers they are telling to buy.

I bought a small position as a momentum play, and didn't get out in time. A valuable lesson I learned.....don't chase. If you miss, wait for the next opportunity for trading. Also for true investments, the company should be discussed. When the thread talks about everything else but the company, this is just a run.

Now with that said let's see what we're stuck with.

Can DIXS distinguish itself from other online job search services through its marketing strategy? Through the type and number of listing it provides?

Will DIXS approach suppliment, compliment or replace more traditional off line methods of finding employment?

Since offline sources (want ads) are going online (see: career.careerpath.com, is DIXS business model a realistic one? From the link, one can see that newspaper have combined their pages so that they have greater outreach and are accessible from a common site.

What is the advantage then of using DIXS's approach for employers? Why would they pay for these services? Is it cost advantageous?

Their alliance strategy w.tv stations and the greater exposure received through free promotions/advertisement on tv IMO seems key to
drawing job seekers to their sites. I assume this is part of the agreement betw. DIXS and the affiliates. This advertisement seems to be the key to drawing potential employees to employers and thus away or as another way from tradtional clasified pages. Is this an accurate assessment?

How many annual/long time subscribers/customers does DIXS have ie employers seeking employees?

A discussion of these questions and many other would provided a better indication of whether or not this company is going to be viable in the future. The company's viabilty based on its future potential for earning growth will do more for the futrue share price of this equity then any conversation on controlling the float.

These questions are being forwarded via email to Mark Wolkos at MW Investment Marketing. When I receive answers to these questions, I will post them.
