Why would his name appear on the cert. 6/29/98 if he was forced out
a few years back , as long as his name keeps appearing on the cert.
the SEC has questions ????

bingo could be another angle the SEC is looking at.

especially when TT took over about 2-years ago.

why would a company hire a new president , especially a lawyer
and still issue new 144 shares in the former presidents name , that has charges pending against him.

Doug, thank you for your honest answer but to clarify my situation:

I see Certificates as a form of promissory note from the company. A contract. Therefore, when the certificate is filled out with a past president's name and yet dated 6/29, I worry about that contract being valid. After all, its not even signed by the current president. Any thoughts on if I'll have problems with this Cert, please feel free to respond.

BTW - I sent for my Cert. because I planned to keep this stock for a while and I was changing my account to a new firm. Everyone can see the recent games the MM's are playing with the price. If I sold out it would probably be to an MM for 1/4 and I would have to buy back at 1/2. No thank you! So I took my Certificate instead.

Thanks to all,
JEB
