here is CIEN's 40x DWDM product ciena.com. Again, as I said, soon CSCO and ASND will put ATM packets or IP packets directly over fiber, without converting to SDH frames and eliminate all the overhead. That's going to be the beginning of the end of TLAB. That's why TLAB offered 1:1 to begin with.

Your research is NOT thorough and it is INCOMPLETE, just like the comments from Ibexx. Try reading some posts on this thread. Try visiting Ciena's website. Try Lucent's website. The answer to all your questions are contained within the Lucent and Ciena threads. Why should we have to go over it again?
