bmart,

Why is that you are unwilling/unable to provide answers to the questions you continue to pose to others about the financials of this company? And, therefore, why do you continue to defend/promote this company when you don't know the answers to your questions?

bmart:

Since you did not choose to respond to this #reply-5565355 let me ask again how the company is going to accomplish this exchange of common stock for preferred stock and cancellation of other stock without making the same offer to all shareholders? As I wrote previously, it appears illegal on its face.

Also, since this is a reporting company, why are there no SEC filings regarding this new class of securities? Don't they have to file a registration statement?

OKAAAAAYYY!!! 800!!

Now. What's "Abracel"? I imagine they're the US branch of the Brazilian company. Zebra, you out there? Can you help with Brazilian sites? I can't manage Portuguese on any more than a very basic level.

I do indeed appreciate your post. Am still laughing, in fact. Presstek's feeling INJURED by online posters? Oh wow! They've got class action suits up the ying-yang and a whole bunch of other problems, and they're worried about THAT???

I trust that at least some of you out there remember the Carlton Lutts/Presstek affair back in May '95. And the effect it eventually had on the whole tech market. INSANE hype, and those who bought into it paid a heavy price.
