TopCat, that is one of the things that worried me about this letter, there was no valid "business purpose" for that placement. I am doing a private placement myself, and the state's regulatory body insisted seeing what it is I am telling potential investors this money will be used for. I would say this is a minimum. You cannot guarantee success, but at least an investor should be able to determine if you have a fighting chance to turn their chunk of money into something worthwhile the major risk you are exposing them to.

Just a note. I am a shareholder of record, and have never received any letter from RMIL/OVIS or what ever they are calling themselves these days. I am of the opinion that the letter was only delivered via Riley and never mailed. Now that is an interesting way to handle critical share holder affairs. Did anybody out there actually receive the letter in the mail?
