I agree completely......so was the letter legal?.....maybe, because it was never offered as a "letter of offer." Subtle difference, but just maybe enough to be legal but, IMO, not ethical.

Why would a reverse merger into Gary's company be bad?
(if that is what he has in mind, and what basis do you have for saying that?)

Disliking Gary is not a reason to say it's bad, in any case.

If it gets RMIL trading again, isn't that good for the shareholders?
