wlcnyc, just whatever you're tuned into I guess. I went there a couple of times and yes it is exciting to visit. My lasting memory is of crowds, cement, humidity, noise, expensive, rush. For me, NY lacks a certain freedom of movement and connection with nature. The same reasons why I moved away from southern California to the foothills in northern Calif. I can breathe here. Within a few minutes of where I live, there are numerous rivers, lakes, woods and forest, peace. I spent this morning at the river next to a small waterfall. Roger
