Tellab's proxy statement, page 16, FULLY discusses NOT banking on significant revenues from AT&T through 1998, relative to merger with Ciena & expectations of both companies for that particular client's business.

I don't think anyone believed AT&T was going to not use Lucent's DWDM. That has been no secret. I was referring to the expectation that CIEN would win some second supplier business from AT&T.
