Hi-- Can you tell me if these were straight sales, or, the exercise
of options of xxx shares at a low price, followed by the sale of
xxx shares at market.

If the prior, I'm concerned; if the latter, this is common for ISO
options and there are time limits and tax advantages to doing this.

Do you have copies of the SEC-144's that had to have been filed ??

Haven't checked the insider reports lately for names but I'd heard from some Wall Street guys that Anschutz was ready to "diversify" somewhat.
