Mello: Maxam Gold has a desert dirt property that shows the presence of gold through fire assay, and a recovery method that needs to be evaluated to determine its efficacy. I cannot think of a single reason why anyone would proceed to develop the project the way the company did. Watching a tape of the AGM, I could see the Kilborn plans a mine development project. I could see that Hydro Geophysics plans its surveys. But I see no sign that Maxam had a coherent plan for developing Peoria Seven.

Now that the company is on the ropes with virtually no resources no work with and must even start from scratch with new drilling and assaying, my hope is that it is forced to develop a proper plan of action.
