<<<< The mall is no where near the flood range. That was cleared up a long time ago.<<<<<

I remember reading that post...so I wasn't wondering if the shopping center would be under water. I was wondering about the impact of the construction of the dam if the city where the shopping center is is near the proposed lake. Such construction could hamper business or alternatively could be a boon for business.....population increase of workers during the construction.

<<<< The mall is being audited for filings. <<<<<

That is pretty good news. I thought that was what the PR said. I can't help wondering though why this audit wasn't done as part of DD during the negotiations. At any rate, once completed that will really place this part of the operations on sound ground.
