Hi Jim, I think that we are all surprised to see the stock at this level. I think that it has been dragged down with the other tech stocks. If you believe that CDRW and DVD Ram disk drives are going to take off shortly like I do, that NiMH battery technology is one of the best today, which I do, then it is a good time to buy. It would certainly help to see royalty earnings put the company in the black. Earnings are due out any day now, so we will know. Keep in mind that very few people are aware of the royalties that ECD will be getting on each phase change disk sold. Del
