Hey Val -- you're back!

What I get a kick out of is how people claimed there was no dilution going on in DGIV stock, while at the same time indicating that the number of authorized shares had risen from 50 million to 100 million.

Odd -- I don't recall hearing that this increase in shares was voted on by the shareholders, something that would normally have to be done.

Valentine, I was gone for a while, so if you posted the results of your phone conversation with the DGIV technical person, I missed it. Did you? Let me know where if you did please. Thanks. Kurt

Since we are part of the Evil Short Sellers and Market Makers conspiracy how low do you think we should drop DGIV today?

Do we want it to close at 1 1/2? How about 1 1/4 or would that be too obvious? It's currently at 1 5/8 so we don't have much work to drop it to 1 1/2.

I wasn't going to comment on the unfolding DGIV spectacle, but something happened that changed my mind.

Apparently, someone on this thread complained to AOL, because they were offended by the radical politics (such as links advocating marijuana legalization) on my AOL Web site. AOL, no friend of free expression, went in and shut the site down, deleting all my files.

All I can say to the individual responsible for this censorship is that it will be a lot easier for me to bring the Web site up on another ISP (I have a backup of the files), then it will be for you to recover the money you lost betting on DGIV.

Val -- you can also tell these people that I told you back on Sept. 16th, when we were at dinner on the boat, that the SEC filing wasn't going to happen.
