Mr. McGinnis, Increasing authorized shares does not equal dilution. But, of course, you know that. So why try to mislead those who may not know better? Are you just malicious? Or might you have some other purpose? If and when additional shares are actually issued, I believe that it will be for a good reason. I have faith in Jimmy Chin, as he has shown no reason to doubt him so far. You also know, of course, that most BB companies aren't yet reporting financials and that for most of them getting to that stage can be an arduous process. So why act so surprised that DGIV isn't yet reporting? To invest in BB companies, you have to trust management. If you don't trust the company's management, don't invest!! No enterprise worth its salt springs from the womb full-grown. Growth and maturity takes time, and it takes good management, a good business plan, and sufficient resources to make that happen. I think DGIV has all three. That's why I continue to hold my shares. Now, do us all a favor, and get lost. You're really getting tiresome. TIA Rick
