To the "thread,"

From the mid 12's down to 12, the specialist dropped the stock on stop orders.

At that point, my floor broker told me that Smith Barney came in to sell 15,000 at the market, and obviously at a time when the book didn't have a chance to fill in. The specialist bought the shares at 11.

I have recently spoken to two top Simula officers (including one just earlier today), and both have separately confirmed to me that they are "happy" with the progress in San Diego. Matter of fact, during my call today, Randall Taylor told me that things are going well enough that he believes a decision will be made soon to ramp up production. This certainly doesn't sound to me like it represents some sort of a "problem."

I don't understand the weakness in the stock, other than the possibility that the trading is technical and may reflect margin selling.

If I learn anything else, I will post.
