the authorized shares can be issued by the Board. Who is on the Board? to increase the authorized shares--you need shareholder approval.

Why is MS not willing to discuss this issue? What's up??

Considering what we feel is the potential of FNTN, is 19.5 mil shares
really that much. Sure, I'd like to see it a lot less, because then more upside pressure, but lets not start running to the theater doors yelling fire. Although the last batch of popcorn was overdone.

Kevin, the higher number of issued shares may have something
to do with the acquisition of IDB. Also the authorized
total does seem low to me. This can be increased with
majority vote.
Something else to think about, with such a small number
authorized and a small number left unissued, there aren't
enough left to have a split in shares unless there are
more issued.
Any thoughts on this, anyone?
Dan

Total authorized shares: 25,000,000
Total outstanding shares: 19,508,463

Then how many shares are in the float? Lurker's corner lists that shareholders hold over 8,000,000 shares right now. Holding 100% of the float is far fetched. If the count was in fact true then that would mean the float was probably around 10,000,000 shares in that case the shareholders would own the company. Something isn't right here. Does that really mean 25,000,000 restricted and 19,508,463 in the float?

Hmmm.
