moores law, with a twist technology and the world is moving and changing so fast, just realize most sec rules were written in 1933,
the value of intellectual properties was a tough subject to foresee
back in 33, sort of like the declaration of independence and the ammendments, they are both works in progress, basic tenets hold true,
we just need a tweak here and there,
