The form of government is not important as long as it is based on law and that the number one priority of that government is to enforce those laws effectively, impartially, and swiftly.

I made a criticism of those who hold the reins of power not the actual form of government. As for the election process, it tends to favor those who can use fiscal policy in order to secure more votes. It pits those who wish to receive government benefits, whether they be individuals or corporate or other entities, versus those that will be called upon to pay for them. The first group, when the government benefits exceed the taxes that they contribute, are essentially wards of the state. Those people will vote for the Party that's seen to enlarge or maintain their benefits.

As long as I'm at it, it makes absolutely no sense to greatly expand floundering programs like Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security as the Democrats have done recently and have proposed again. The programs should be fixed within the current constraints or revamped. Obviously, the Democrats have never learned how to repeal the laws of supply and demand.

Can you suggest a better form of government

Sure. Just appoint me Pharoh. I guarantee that my lifestyle, at least, will improve -- and, after all, all politics is ultimately local.

BTW, if you support me, I guarantee to improve your lifestyle, too. Have you ever had a better offer????
