My mistake, FNTN does not seem to be a FL corporation. It is listed as a Foreign Profit/Non Profit Corporation. So it looks like it is just registering to do business in FL. Probably associated with the IDB acquisition which is a FL company.

I did some digging. FNTN appears to be a Nevada corporation. You can check it out here:
sos.state.nv.us

I need to do some more checking but I think NV corporations can change the No. of Authorized Shares with a simple vote of the BOD.
