Well, I already described the MCI sale, which will net MCI shareholders a good 30-40% more than what BT was offering before BT lowered its offer and then walked away. And I believe enough in the fundamentals of CIEN that if CIEN was for whateever reason forced to go it alone, I would still hold on for the ride. CIEN is solid, growing company with the leading edge technology. It is not a dilapidated house or a plane with a crippled engine.

Doughboy.

How is CIEN today's technology different than last Thursday's (the day before T announcement) given that T has never requested or done any test of 40 channel DWDM from CIEN? The whole thing is political and T is a sinking Titanic afterall. TLAB doesn't want to be another BT.
