Hey, Bird your attitude is really negative.
I am sorry you lost Money. Guess what I did to.
what a loser you are!

The DGIV CNBC interview was mentioning the strategic alliance between DGIV/NMSS. The NMSS CEO mentioned DGIV in the interview. We are trying to get more but it was on squawk box, and supposedly transcripts are unavailable. But I am sure it was regarding the Hot Topic of VoIP.

I have not read through all the threads, but we are still waiting on your facts and hard proof from your libelous statement that DGIV is a scam. If not I think you need to make a public apology on the DGIV and LOCH thread.
Do you base DGIV being a scam due to their delay in reporting financial's? We will wait and see, you will lose!

And to think I once respected you on the MTEI thread.

Risk/Danimal/Mark C/RM/Bullmarket, any update on reporting Bird to SI/DGIV?

This will be my last message to you!

Regards,
Mark

Bird, I just got off the phone with Roger Templeton. To summarize our conversation: He says that he has no record of NMSS's CEO being on CNBC Sqwalk (sp) Box or of DGIV being mentioned either. Can anyone please verify this. Roger did a search of CNBC archives and did not turn up their CEO's name or DGIV for Aug. 11. Also who says there are 100 mil. shares authorized. Roger states that there are only around 20 mil. shares outstanding and it would take shareholder approval to authorize 1 additional share and all shareholders would be notorized. So there are only 20 mil. shares outstanding, period. The financials are basicaly done, and the auditors are pretty much done with them also. At one time the thinking was to release the financials and the 10-SB at one time with the NASDAQ application when the share price is over $4. I am under the impression that sometime, regardless of the share price, DGIV will release the financials within the next 2 weeks. The financials will not knock anybody over with tons of revenues, BUT it will show that our partners/distributors have put up money as part of these agreements. JC is in Germany this week. DGIV is working furiously to implement and set up all of the foreign networks that were announced in joint venture agreements this spring. Most of these are due to come on line by the end of Dec. I encourage everyone to call Roger at DGIV and pick his brain.
