Can someone help me understand some questions I have? If T didn't come out with their results until after the vote, and TLAB eventually closes the deal at a lower level, did TLAB management overpay to begin with? What would have happened if T had waited until after the vote? Do TLAB's shareholders owe T a big hug?

Shouln't have TLAB's management gone through all the scenarios in which WS would have looked down on CIENA, like losing a key customer, and foresee the results?

Did TLAB's management do all the due diligence it needed to do?

I know I have a lot of questions - mostly rhetorical. But I am a concerned TLAB shareholder.

Jay
