I have a question about the compensation to those who were part of the lawsuit... although I am fully supportive of compensating these individuals, I think it is a bit unfair to those who were completely supportive of the lawsuit, but didn't have the extra money to join the fight.. I lost a lot of money on this investment, and didn't have an extra penny to put into a lawsuit. Now, those people who did have the finances to join the lawsuit will be given additional shares, further diluting my position... I'm in CVIA at about $11.00-12.00 per share and would hate to see my position diluted even more... any comments on my concerns?? thanks..
