Who is this clown? He registers and pays the membership fee just to post in all caps on this thread only and piss everyone off with odd spacing questionable conclusions of law that are neither proven nor material at this point. Rule of thumb: NEVER trust someone who posts in all caps, and especially when he is paid to come on to one stock only with questionable information. Duhhhh One other point: An injunction is highly unlikely in this case. It is extremly difficult for the other side to win and any suit filed in this maner is typically just a pain in the butt time and money waster. Even if an injunction were to be given, it must be for a reasonable time and money damages are always asked, but almost NEVER given. Don't sweat it!
