valid concerns.. and only time will tell if they are addressed.. again, I remain cautious on this one.. but the price movement and lack of hype that I have seen sure seems interesting doesn't it.. don't invest UNLESS truly you are ready for the risks involved.. jim

There is no disagreement, they are working together to ascertain a way to evaluate a value for DR. Lorrichio's intellectual properties. Can you cite where you discovered there was a "disagreement"? I suggest you are quite mistaken. There are 2 Drs. Lorrichio's, it depends of whom you speak. As far as your summary it is dependent on these contentions which are all poorly researched and incorrect. Add to that that AZNT has just one month ago made the transition from a R & D company to generating revenue and that the market cap will be greatly enhanced by the cleansing of the AZNT market, I contend your opinion is not to be taken seriously.
