I am curious why they would only send them to "certificated" shareholders. I belive that they have an obligation to send the letter to all shareholders of record.

I get annual reports and proxies from all the companies whose shares I hold, and I have none in cert form.

I have already read the letter. I would not buy any more shares, and I think anybody that does is foolish. The 90 day lockout is the kicker. What guarantee do you have that RMIL mgmnt will not dump a ton of shares during the 90 day lockout? Not to mention that I and every other shareholder who is not bound by the lockout will dump shares first chance.
