Hi doug...

Your assessment that I may be a good contrarian indicator is taken with the good cheer in which it was presented. Unfortunately, I haven't sold any stock yet.

What the heck does that mean? <G>

As for "second guessing" the timing of raising capital, if you go back and check, nearly half my lengthy posts suggested just such a move. And, that goes back for nearly a year.

Management was stupid. There is no other way to describe it. Any convertible sold with the stock in the low 20's would have been convertible into common stock in the mid to high 20's. Think of it...they could have financed their growth at three times book. And, all of the rest of us would have enjoyed benefits from the increased coverage and liquidity that would have arisen.

I can't speak for the rest of you, but there are several posters on this thread that knew...courtesy of private messages...that it was my intent to unload shares directly into any financing the company arranged.

It wouldn't have mattered to the company, after all, it is the underwriters problem. Anyone who has size to sell has to do it when there is an adequate number of bids.

Outside of the last week, I haven't seen a large number of bids. Unfortunately, these bids were at book value, and that wasn't exactly what I had in mind.

Have a good evening.
