Jane,

I read an interesting article in _Bloomberg Personal Finance_ last night titled, "Small-cap smelling testing." The article is also available to read at: bloomberg.com --just click on the picture of the magazine.

I am not saying that ALYA fails the test, just that it confirms what you seem to be agreeing with me on: do research first, buy later.

Regards,

Lynn

Jane, it's been my experience that management is always upbeat. The question is do they have reason to be upbeat. I think they do in spades. Sometimes we have to be patient before a stock price reflects the reasons why we are all invested in a company like ALYA. Those reasons are quite simply that they are making strides towards becoming a very profitable company. They are being audited by Price Waterhouse. They will be a fully reporting company soon. In the next few months ALYA will meet up to even Lynn's investment guidelines.

Regards, Jeff
