I think they have taken significant steps to stop bleeding and stabilize earnings. The risk reward here is low I think. The term structure of rates is not helping but, the steps they took to restructure mean it is not pushing them to liquidation.

Yeah, I have been considering that too, and wondering if I'm nutz also! I've been cut by falling knives before, but maybe either I haven't learned or this is a real turnaround situation.

It seems strange to be considering buying more and also considering being party to the lawsuit in a way.....

Regards,

Rick

James ; I wish I would have been looking today I would have
bought, sh*t at this price it should be an easy 3 bagger
if not I'll have a tax write off. I just hope she don't jump
much on the news , but I do see her being played hard and
likely bouncy for some time before she gets off her knees
very far.
I'm going to suggest to management that they counter sue the
ambulance chasers, with the right lawyer Texas can get tough
on them. If they can't prove fraud they can get themselves
in deep do do. Many of their press releases are out right
slanderous & subject to libel if they can't back them up.

New to this thread because CMO came up in my screen of potential turnaround companies.

But based on the benefit of hindsight <grin>, you may very well have made a brilliant buying decision.
