Personally I use BMI with a cable modem. But I also pay extra fees for certain more expensive exchanges like the CBOT and CME.

I think I paid about $2500 for basic annual service and $139 a month for the exchanges.

There are a number of less expensive providers, however. I like BMI for reliability.
