The 10-Q looks pretty good, for the past 6 months UMCI was able to increase it's cash potion by $251,769 to bring our total cash position up to a little over $500k, now thats what I call increasing shareholder value:)

Insider buys, looks like one of UMCI's board members purchased 1mm shares at .10 back in July biz.yahoo.com

Spoke this afternoon to Mr. Culver CFO for UMCI and asked him about the acquistion financing. He said it was in the filings,but paraphrasing it as follows:

$1.00 for the stock
Assume $950,000 in payables
Receive $700,000 in assets

Also was told the acquistion was a long-time client of UMCI so the transition was accomplished with relative ease.
