Well I missed the biggest portion of the down but I think there will be more..

BTW, Never used the Philly bank index before, started plotting the 3'
bar crossed under 34 unit MA at about 10:30 pdt with the spoo about

No, I think it's a technical issue. I used to run a telecom group and it really comes down to capacity. My opinion is that the capacity is underestimated by the new group.

It is of no importance, however. It just means fewer posting by more active traders.
