Perhaps...... - Restricted shares given in previous buyouts are becoming un-restricted. - A poster here said a company official said the qtr. soon to be reported on will be .08 cents per share short of consensus. - Soros has unloaded. - The 'crowd' expecting earnings restatement... Restatements are most often with negative consequences. - The 'buyout' did not happen. - No new aquisitions lately. - 50 % drop in stock price since June and not a word from the company. - Fear of El Nino. - General market decline. Add em up, consider the P.E. ratio and this is the result... Well where do we go from here ? Definitely need the company to speak up...
