Check the news just put out on QDRX-it's their filing of 10Q to SEC and was delayed in posting by Yahoo. It explains a little but is worded such as not to promise success in reorg. plan. We come last in this bankruptcy plan but at least in the one that Mr. Shine's office put together we still have vested interest. The plans that creditors submitted are one sided. I've been down this road three times and there is still a glimmer with QDRX.
