Shareholders should find the suit put forth by the major creditor a farce. When this outfit loaned money to QDRX it was given inside and undisclosed information about coming events. What were we given when we put up our cash? They violated SEC regs receiving this information-thought they would cut a fat hog-lost as we have done-but now claim the SEC violations by Jim or whomever. If anyone has a legal case against QDRX-it seems to be we shareholders. I'm willing to bet that behind this suit is the same disgruntled persons who were part of the Q's current situation.
