To all, I understand the suit by the FTC for deceptive practices has been resolved, however does anyone know the status of the following litigation ? On February 21, 1997, Datastrip brought an action for patent infringement under the Patent Laws of the United States of America in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware (Civil Action No. 97-70) against Symbol Technologies and Tracker Corporation for misapapropriating Datastrip's breakthrough invention on two-dimensional bar codes. That invention was granted U.S. Patent No. 4,782,221 in 1988. Thanks Steve
