ABTX has nothing to hide folks.

False rumor spreading shorts: what goes around comes around.

The Bloomberg piece was wrong about ABTX being "required" to change their accounting method--it was elective, done to speed up registration of shares to accelerate growth. And NO restatement was necessary.

This has been panic selling at its worst.

You have every right to support your case for a bearish outlook however be sure of your facts... My understanding is ABTX is not under SEC investigation and they have not violated any laws. They have been asked, perhaps told, to treat future aquisitions based on the closing date. Shareholder law suits ? Why ?
