I spoke with my contact yesterday evening and there is some news to report.

The company has just secured several small contracts that will help keep the money trickling into their coffers. OZON has enough money in its account to keep it running for another 4 to 5 months on its current austerity budget. With these small contracts, that timeframe should extend out.

The company has shrunk its overhead and staff to the bare minimum. The company has just enough staff to continue to satisfy all current commitments and to execute any new orders that come in.

A small group of the company's largest investors have been mulling over several ideas of how to sustain their investment and subsequently, the company. The one idea that has the most merit is a cash infusion of a half a million dollars. That is enough money for the company to operate for a full year under their current burn rate. When you tack that year onto what is in their coffers today, that is enough operating capital for the company to operate for another 16 to 17 months!

There is hope that a decision will be communicated to OZON from the multi-billion dollar food conglomerate that the company has been in talks with concerning an equity investment and/or prepaid contracts. Both are individually worth 1.5 million for a potential total of a 3 million dollar cash infusion...

The company is also working on securing contracts for its laundry system. As everyone should know, the laundry system is the most commercially viable product with the food cleansing system a close second. However, each time the company attempts to secure a contract for the laundry division, they have to go through system tests and trials to prove the technology all over again. (My opinion: OZON has got to figure out a way to leverage all the other tests and trials that it has done for previous laundry system clients to make sales go faster.) There is hope that they will close on a laundry system contract for 3 laundry units soon. My information is that that sale will be for around $450,000...

As everyone should also know, the stock has not only fallen into a pit, but what seems to be a bottomless pit. My contact states that it would have been much better for the company to have been delisted a while back. Currently, everyone is wondering why OZON is still trading and hasn't been delisting. That type of thought process and worry has made many people take to the sidelines. A representative of the company said 'Cyclopps is much better off today than it ever was when it was selling at 3 dollars plus.' I and many other investors agree!

Where does all of this leave us?

Well, if we are lucky, the company will get good news tomorrow or first of next week concerning the food conglomerate and within the next couple of weeks concerning the potential laundry sale. If the food conglomerate happens before NASDAQ makes its move to delist OZON, we will shortly be trading again above $1 or $2. If only the laundry system comes through, delisting is probably still an issue...

If the group of investors does invest $500K, they company may still be delisted but who cares. The company will survive long past delisting. The technology is there and they are the industry's leader! (Small note: Being the industry's leader is another contributor to the company's current problems. Since they lead a new technology sector, they have to prove everything and thus contracts take longer to secure.)

If neither of these things happen, I believe the company will still survive. Maybe just barely, but it will survive. They do have enough small contracts to keep them going for a while. The company just needs some time to get everything back on track.

Thanks
