Malcolm, ...............Thanks for the second source confirmation. Gotta say I had a couple of jitters today. Too much work to do in the "field" today and the price drop / volume surge happened just as I had to run out the door. Stewed about it the rest of the afternoon. Now I have a road trip the next couple of days and it looks like I might miss all the fun. I had faith in the deal, particularly after looking at the 10Q this AM. Both parties needed it to go forward. Win! Win! I feel much better now though. Good enough in fact, that I think I'll go digging into the back of cupboard and pour myself a small glass of Glenfiddich's Cask Strength Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky. More nose and a fuller richer flavor than anything I have found to date. Good stuff. Please thank your friend for me. The confirmation is certainly appreciated. Good Luck, Chuck Messick
