John,

One of the advantages of being on the BIG BOARD is that the specialist will make a market on your stock. They have a duty to take the other side. Looking over the price, after 11.875, 11 traded and nothing was executed at 11.25. You should demand a time and sales and get a refund of at least 1/16. 68,000 shares traded which show plenty of sellers even at these prices.

The damage is done, price wise only insiders show profits, ALL INVESTORS show loses. Not an encouraging sign for further investments as DIS-investment will be the theme until .....SMU show a real profit.

(Yes I know shorts are investors too, but the bulk of the shorts are arbitraged with converts, and yes a great play for them)
