Gary, your route looks okay. You know, more and more ISPs are installing web caches. They are supposed to speed up access, but in some cases could slow it down. If you have your browser set to use an up-stream cache (probably in the proxy settings), try turning it off. Be sure to save the information in case you need to put it back!

I also noticed from this exercise that go2net.com has changed ISP's very recently. Your ISP's routing tables (or someone higher up the food chain) may need to be updated, but the fact that you had a successful traceroute indicates otherwise.

Another thought: Often (not always), when the generic, or top part of the SI page paints and then hangs, it's because the portion of the page that you are seeing is already stored in your local cache, not necessarily because SI itself is hanging.

Sorry I can't be of more help.

Regards,

David
