Barbara,

This was my understanding, too. And why I've contended all along that John was walking on egg shells. If he truly wanted to be successful and win the support of the government on this business arrangement, he could not show favortism, for fear that the "other" political party would win. Things happen in politics, mud flies and a previous thought shoe in might suddenly drop out of the race. John has behaved very professional in this matter and I'm sure it was difficult with several investors demanding formal statements from him.

barbra, I think another consideration we might consider is that if MM got cought unprepared during the last run up and did alot of shorting to supply stock to the buyers, they had a real tuff time covering since then. If one would look at a balance of volume indicator, one would see mostly buys since the run up, with price depreciation, indicating the strong need to cover shorts at low prices. If John's half as smart as we give him credit for, he would have realized that no amount of good news would have lifted the price during that time. And if it did, you would run into a very serious pssobility of MM's selling shares that were not available to sell, and therefore creating a very serious problem indeed for everyone concerned, us as share holders of bogus shares, MM's faceing criminal charges, and PRWT showing a much larger float than there really is. Although I don't like to see my portfolio this low, I think it may be for the better in the long run to wait untill shorts are covered, and let good news build till the proper time a run up can be facilitated without shorting shares PRWT doesn't have. JMHO.
