Don't worry, I suspected that was where you were going and was just being a little picky. For what it is worth I agree that the killing of civilians for any reason is unjustifiable. I am uncomfortable with all blockades as they rarely impact the target. The problem comes when you try to find alternatives to dealing with swine like Saddam. I don't pretend to have the answer.

What is your alternative then, when dealing with homicidal maniacs that have dotted the history of the Human species? Allow the likes of Hitler and other such demigods to murder and torture as they see fit?
As for me, turning a blind eye isn't a viable option, but that's JMO.
