Mr. Lucky, The rhetoric you utter is the tired and weary short anthem that is drooled ad nauseum on chat boards everywhere. It is rhetoric. What I believe is irrelevant. The federal court has made it's decision. It is public record. If they don't cover , once they have been served, in the given amount of time, they are going to jail. Instead of the shorter's drool you spew on this thread, take the time to get informed, then, please hurry and cover. RB

well who really knows what will happen and who if anyone will cover and at what prices.. thus far, the way the price moves I would certainly think that at least "some" of the short squeeze theory must be plausible.. time will tell if they really can get this to happen the way they want.. I will say, that based on the risk factors involved and that the fundamentals aren't SOLID.. but rather have potential.. I'd hope that those in at much lower prices are considering and have locked in some profits... just in case things don't go as the company plans.. don't get greedy... but if you believe truly in the company and the short squeeze theory.. then, well.. just do what's right for you.. so far, those that are bullish on the stock have been right thus far.. jim
