I'm not too concerned with Oracle at the moment, although the slower the banks are to roll out the net banking, and if there are any delays in the Genesis project, they may very well be a threat down the road. I think Benny gave a good foundation post on the Orcle situation a few posts back, and as far as MSFDC goes, time is now on their side now. And the above sited reasons for Orcale hold true for MSFDC also. Benny can contribute to this better than I.

Being bought up by a portal is also a possibility...IMO portals will offer the bill presentment service as a way of increasing the value of their site to users.. And if CKFR can't see past this..then they just might end up being gobbled up by one.
